Minutes of 1st Wheat Ridge High 40th Reunion Meeting

March 4, 2001

Place Established: To be determined at next meeting.

Format Established: Cocktail (6-7 PM), buffet, entertainment, dancing on Saturday night until 1 AM.

                              Picnic from 11 AM to 3 PM on Sunday

Picnic Site Established: To be determined - Pat England and Carol Walker

Type of Music Established: 50's and 60's - Terry Granger

Entertainment Established: Dick Speer, Charlene Bernsten Wilderman, Terry Granger

Funds Discussed: Printing, stamps, music, deposits for Saturday night location and picnic spot,

                           etc. - Karen Brown

Job Descriptions: Each committee member will write a paragraph describing their "job function" to help future reunions.

Establishing a database with eveyone's known location found for this reunion was discussed to help out for the future reunions.  A suggestion to add a contact other than the graduate was made.  This will be looked into and discussed further as we progress.

Sharon Dumont has an "old" Farmer.  Barb Drake will scan it to Bob Potter for Web site, Marilyn Kaes for cover, and Carol Walker for questionnaire.  Barb will also add it as logo to letter.
